Director
Mark has been a licensed real estate agent since 1999. In 2002, he began working in the default industry, representing homes in distress, foreclosed homes for banking institutions, and performing all the tasks that go along with it. These include counseling those facing foreclosure, performing evictions, and managing the preservation and upkeep of as many as 100 properties at any given time. He enjoys helping clients fulfill their dreams of purchasing homes of any size and in all price ranges.
Mark also performs approximately 1200 Comparative market analysis' per year on homes that have gone into foreclosure or are in preforeclosure . Mark also lists and sells these homes on a constant basis, working with such financial giants such as
EMC, Chase, Option One, HSBC, Coldwell Banker, Aurora Home Loans, and many more.
Marks newsletter, "Heads Up", goes out every 2 weeks to those on the email list.
In addition to a career in real estate, Mark is a dedicated lifelong musician, having studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, and playing electric bass with many artists, as well as being an avid composer of instrumental music.
